Gina Balarin is an accomplished speaker, storyteller, and B2B marketing expert with a passion for empowering professionals through authentic communication. As the founder and director of Verballistics, she is “the CEO’s Voice”, where she works with C-level executives to communicate better so they can change the world: one deeply meaningful, compelling message at a time.

A TEDx and keynote speaker, Gina is also a CPM FCIM FAMI Chartered Marketer with a Master’s in Management Communication. She has authored The Secret Army: Leadership, Marketing and the Power of People, a book that explores the intersection of leadership and marketing. She sits on multiple boards.

Gina’s career journey has given her a deep understanding of the challenges professionals face in the workplace, including her early job experience as an Executive Assistant (EA).
