Catherine Middleton’s experience was gained over four decades working within the administrative field, with twenty years as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. In 2014, She created OFFICE Dynamics Adelaide where she ran her consultancy service to assist managers to enhance business administrative operations. In 2020 she embarked on a new arm of her business, Career Management with Confidence, aimed primarily at Administrative Professionals, where she assists people to reach their career aspirations through a targeted Mentoring program. Presentation Abstract
Catherine was asked recently what her ‘word’ would be for 2021 that would promote her business philosophy. It took but a second to say ‘EMPOWERMENT’, as that is exactly what she is passionate about when mentoring individuals to reach their full potential. Too often, those supporting Managers, CEOs etc, who work within the field of administration, undervalue themselves and the expertise they bring to their profession. She wants to change that by empowering people to stand in their own POWER. She looks forward to sharing the many facets of being Empowered means for career growth.
