Presentation Abstract

According to The Productivity Commission’s recent Mental Health Enquiry Report (2020), $220 billion is what mental illness and suicide costs the Australian economy every year … and that figure is rising.
The World Health Organisation’s definition of a healthy workplace includes collaborating and continuously improving: “health, safety and wellbeing concerns in the psychosocial work environment including organisation of work and workplace culture.”  Effective Conversations in the New Now help individuals and teams overcome some of the challenges of lockdowns and working from home, by rebuilding trust, teamwork and performance.

In this virtual session we will explore how to reduce anxiety, uncertainty and overwhelm, and increase positive mental wellbeing and resilience through healthy conversations.

Three key takeaways:

o Ways to reduce conversational anxiety and connect with confidence
o How to build brain-based TRUST for flourishing relationships
o The Number One key to Effective Conversations.
