This professional development session is designed to support administrative professionals in recognising, managing, and recovering from burnout. The session will provide practical strategies to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and sustain performance in high-demand roles. 

    Session Overview - The session will include:

    • Understanding burnout: causes, symptoms, and impact 
    • Personal reflection: identifying individual stress triggers 
    • Practical strategies to reset and regain control 
    • Techniques to build resilience and prevent future burnout 
    • Open discussion and shared experiences

    Facilitators

    Kathleen Harvey and Monique Glavonjic

    Monique Glavonjic and Kathleen Harvey bring together a shared passion for supporting professionals in navigating the pressures of modern workplaces with resilience, authenticity and practical tools.

    Monique, a Community Engagement Manager, has extensive experience working across high-demand, people-focused environments. Drawing on her own journey balancing professional, volunteer and personal commitments, she brings a deeply relatable and honest perspective to conversations around burnout, wellbeing and sustainable engagement.

    Kathleen is an experienced facilitator and wellbeing advocate, known for her warm and supportive approach. She specialises in helping individuals recognise the signs of burnout and develop practical strategies to reset, rebuild and maintain balance in their professional and personal lives.

    Together, Monique and Kathleen create a safe, engaging and reflective space, empowering participants to share experiences, reconnect with their purpose, and walk away with strategies they can immediately apply.
