The National President, Rachel Hall FAIOP, along with the Board of the Australian Institute of Office Professionals, cordially invites Members to attend the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the organisation on Wednesday 29 October 2025.

This event provides an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year and hear of decisions that will shape the future of our organisation.

The AGM notice of Meeting and Agenda will be emailed on the 8 October and also with the Zoom details on Monday 27 October 2025.  

If you are unable to attend, you can send a Proxy who must be a current member or you may appoint the Chair of the meeting. Please complete this Proxy Form and send to nationalpres@aiop.com.au with the Subject: AGM 2025 Proxy by Sunday 26 October 2025 at 5:00pm AEDT.
