NATIONAL EDUCATION DAY

The wait is over, our immensely popular National Education Day is back this year!

Join us online where we explore the current needs of the industry.

Overview of presentation topics

Micro Credential their Use and Importance - Alexis Watt

(CEO, Open Colleges Services)

Micro-credentials function as mini-qualifications, offering professionals a quick and affordable way of building industry-relevant skills. As they often comprise units taken from (or similar to those in) full-blown degrees, diplomas, or certificate courses in the same area, students are also given a brief taste of what a fully-fledged qualification would be like.

Transferability Skills that you must have which could then lead to … - Dante St James (Speaker/Trainer/Coach, Clickstarter)

Transferable skills are any skills you possess that are useful to employers across various jobs and industries. These might include skills such as adaptability, communication, organisation, teamwork or other qualities employers look for in strong candidates.

Building and Maintaining Business Relationships - Trish Butera (International Business Advisor and Executive Coach, Founder, The Global Assistant Online)

This will help you in establishing, developing and maintaining effective work relationships and networks through relationship building and negotiation skills required by any professional. It will tell you about the importance of networking and negotiation which you can use in creating solutions to unpredictable problems.
