Jenni has many years experience working in secretarial and administrative positions within both the public and private sectors. For the past eighteen years, Jenni has worked in Western Australian State Government agencies, mainly in secretarial and administrative positions. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and has recently completed studies for a Graduate Certificate in Business (Executive Administration).

Jenni has been a member of the Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP) since December 1996 and is currently President, AIOP Western Australia Division and a National Director. Jenni has received a number of awards during this period including 2002 AIOP WA Division Office Professional of the Year. She is currently one of only two Accredited Office Professionals in WA. In addition to this, Jenni edited nine editions of the National Magazine “Leading The Way”, was Convenor of the 7th National Convention for Office Professionals and has held most roles on the Division Committee of Management.

During 2007-08, Jenni is also undertaking the duties associated with the roles of Program and Website Convenor.

Shelley’s interest in business started when she was very young, working on a market stall at weekends with her brother to earn pocket money. Some people would even say that managing businesses is in her blood. Over the last 25 years she has worked in a variety of industries working mainly in the area of strategic management, building teams and corporate governance.

In small business, Shelley has been both a Director and Company Secretary and has held a range of positions including General Manager, Chief Administration and Finance Officer, Marketing Manager, Administration Officer and Project Manager.

Shelley works for a large not-for-profit organisation managing their administration and membership. Shelley is a keen volunteer and one of her current roles is as Membership Administration Officer for AIOP (WA). One of her aspirations is to mentor Office Professionals to achieve their full potential.

Janice has worked for many years in various office positions, in both retailing and tertiary institutions.  Her present position includes both Administrative Assistant and Student Support roles.

In 2004, Janice commenced as co-editor of the WA Division Newsletter.  As from 2006, Janice has been sole Editor.  She enjoys the chance to use her desktop publishing skills and contribute to the Division's progress.
