Welcome to the home page for the Australian Institute of Office Professionals SA Division.
2010 has arrived, and with it we see another Decade pass, and looking forward to what the new Decade has in store for us. What an exciting time this is, technology is going to surprize us with new concepts and life is going to provide us with many challenges and rewards. How we handle these challenges and rewards will depend very much on how we approach our lives.
From a Career perspective, we can plan somewhat for the future, however on a personal level, planning does not always give us the outcome we would like. One thing is for certain though, every experience we have will enrich us in some way, as we learn from that experience and move on.
2010 will also see AIOP provide their members with many opportunities to come together with friends and colleagues to experience from learning and networking events that the Committee of Management are currently compiling for the year. We will broadcast these events on the Events Section of the SA webpage when firm.
Our evening with Kelly Services including 'Interview Techniques' held at The Hilton recently was a huge success. Many thanks to both the Hilton and Kelly Services for a brilliant evening. Feedback from attendees has been very positive.
Our Calendar of Events are now up on the website so you can see what we have in store. Once details of each event have been finalised, these details will be updated. It is worthwhile logging in at least once a month to see what is happening the following month. Would love to see as many people as possible, along with your colleagues, managers and friends at these events.

The Committee of Management is a dynamic team, passionate about the job we do and excited about future prospects for our organisation. We are currently looking for other like minded members to join us. So if you have one evening a month to attend meetings, and another evening free to attend functions, we would love to hear from you.
