The Australian Institute of Office Professionals and Chandler Macleod’s specialist office support division, Recruitment Solutions, have partnered to host the AIOP/Recruitment Solutions Expo at the Sebel King George Square Brisbane on 2 August.
The Expo will feature sessions including How to Write a Resume and Succeed in a Job Interview presented by specialists from Recruitment Solutions. iPlan Financial services will be running workshops on how to better manage personal finances. There
will also be a session entitled How to Run a Successful Meeting.
"The Expo will provide professional and personal development opportunities to office professionals and people considering a career as an office professional", AIOP Queensland Division President, Erika Entz said.
"There will be representatives from private and public organisations in attendance, we’ve got some great prizes to give away and we’re hoping the Expo will not only provide valuable information to attendees but will help to further raise the profile of office professionals."
The AIOP/Recruitment Solutions Expo will run from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 2 August at the Sebel King George Square, Brisbane. Attendees can come and go as they wish and entry is via gold coin donation, with students and AIOP members gaining free entry. AIOP is Australia’s only professional association for office professionals. The organisation aims to raise the profile of office professionals in the business community and provides professional development to its members.
