Fina Nainoca is our NSW President
Fina Nainoca, originally from Melbourne, moved to Sydney approximately eleven years ago where she has built upon her skills base in various roles including PA, Data Entry/Administration Officer, Office Manager, OH&S Officer and is now the Executive Assistant to the Branch Manager for the Application Development Branch (DEEWR). Within her second year as an EA in the Public Sector, she was nominated for the "Expand Public Sector EA/PA of the Year - 2007 Awards".
Fina has been on the Committee now for four years holding the roles of General Committee Member, Membership Officer, Marketing Officer, PDE Officer, Financial Officer, Vice President and was the elect President of the NSW Division in September 2010. She joined AIOP in 2006 with the purpose of gaining more professional development, establish, expand and grow her career as an Executive PA and also the opportunity to network and connect with other like minded Office Profession.
Fina thrives on learning and is passionate about being an EA. When not working, she enjoys travelling, volleyball, dancing, watching sports, reading and socialising.

Menchie Youla is our NSW Division Marketing Officer
Menchie Youla, born and educated in the Philipines, migrated to Australia 32 years ago when she began her career as Senior Executive PA for Managing Directors, Chairman and Senior Executives in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors.
Lately, Menchie has been making changes to her life slowly, one step at a time, as she began working as a temporarry professional/contract employee, having fun as she approach temporary assignments with the same commitment as she would give to other jobs creating a more immediate impact and a positive impression with her work.
Menchie, a Fellow, was elected President of AIOP NSW Division from 2006-2009 and was Awarded Hon.Life Membership and was a Finalist, National Awards for Excellence for outstanding service to the profession. In 2007 and 2008, the Division achieved membership growth through successful recruitment and retention efforts and was presented the National Membership Silver Plaque. She also represented AIOP at the 7th International Office Professionals Summit - Reaching for the Stars held at the Cascadia Hotel & Conference Centre, Port of Spain, Trinidad in 2008.
Within the division, Menchie continues to take the lead in offering support, advocating change and implementing measures that allow the division to make a difference and get ahead. As always, she takes steps to anticipate the division's needs particularly when it comes to its membership, professional development events, sponsors, third party suppliers and the Committeee of Management.
As an AIOP advocate, she is enthusiastic, encouraging, persuasive, sharing, determined, strong-willed, purposeful and caring.

Susan Edwin is our NSW Division Membership Officer (Admin)
Susan Edwin has been in a PA/EA Role for the last 20 years, initially for junior managers then progressing within the same company to working solely for the MD of a highly successful Australia owned door manufacturing business for the last 15 years. Susan is now working for the MD of an investment company based at Hunters Hill. She has served AIOP as a general committee member in 2007 - 2009. Susan is now back and is taking on the assistant role in Membership.

Cherie Davis is our NSW Division PDE Officer
Cherie Davis has worked in administration for over 30 years, starting as a Clerical Assistant/Junior Secretary and now holds the position of Senior Staff/Executive Secretary in Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd. Cherie has worked in several industries including various government departmnets, environmental, health, and her current role within the mineral resources sector. Cherie's skills have developed along with each new role and she is currently completing her Business Adminstration Certificate IV. Cherie has a long standing commitment to maintaining professional standards within the administration field.

Doreen de 'Athe is our NSW Division Newsletter Editor
Doreen, has been a member of AIOP since 2003 and has served on the committee previously as the Newsletter Editor and also on the Breakfast Committee. Doreen is currently working for Metso, Mining and Construction Technology as the Senior Project Administrator for the Projects Deparmtne and leads a team of 3 project administrators\project secretaries. During 2011 Doreen successfully completed Certificate IV for Frontline Management and is hoping to continue her career development as a Frontline Manager for Metso. Throughout her career, Doreen has worked invarious secretarial, personal assistant and senior administration roles and enjoys being a successful, highly regarding and respected office professional. When not working Doreen enjoys being with her family, socializing with friends, watching movies and listening to music.

Ying Ling Lee is our NSW Division General Member
Originally a team assistant in the UK, Ying came over to Sydney via New Zealand, four years ago and was sponsored by Ernst & Young as she quickly adapted to financial services, having previously worked in retail and construction. Last year Ying was runner up in the Young Office Professional category and is a member of numerous EA networks around Australia. A lifelong learner, Ying is very resourceful and loves learning and passing on knowledge to others - anything to make our jobs a bit easier and from going insane! In her spare time, Ying loves going to concerts and festivals, reading, yoga, watching sports and travelling.

Christine Tonous is our NSW Division General Member
Christine Tonous has worked as an Office Professional for the past 15 years - 8 of which were with Automotive Data Services Pty Ltd. During her tenure at ADS, she held numerous positions ranging from Administrative Assistant/PA to the Director, Promotions Supervisor to Advertising and Promotions Manager. She has also spent time working at various educational institutions in an administrative capacity including UNSW.
Christine is currently working in a marketing coordination role for Leica Microsystems Pty Ltd, assisting and supporting their busy management and sales teams with their administrative and marketing requirements. Christine says she enjoys dealing with various challenges that they bring to her on a daily basis.
A holder of a Business Management qualification from Charles Sturt University, Christine also holds various other qualifications in marketing, adminstration and TESOL, with plans to shortly complete the Graduate Certificate in Business through Swinburne University of Technology.
In her spare time, Christine tutors English to students from diverse backgrounds. Over the past few years, Christine has also been involved with a numerous not-for-profit organisations and charities of which she dedicates her time as a volunteer.
A former Education Officer on the Committee of Management in 2007 - 2008 and a General Committee member in 2009, Christine now rejoins the NSW Division Committee of Management.

Cristina de Borja is our NSW Division General Member
Cristina de Borja has been living in Sydney since 1995. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce and major in Business Management. She has extensive Executive Assistant/ PA experience in a wide variety of industries and business sectors. Currently working at a Pharmaceutical company as a PA/Administrator.
When not working, Cristina loves baking, listening to music, socialising, travelling and getting involved in community projects
