Menchie Youla is our NSW President/Director
Menchie Youla was born and educated in the Phillipines and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration - Marketing major. She has worked at senior executive management level over the last 27 years in Australia, firstly at the Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation, then the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. Menchie currently works as an Executive Personal Assistant/Office Manager at Investors Mutual Ltd.
Her outside interests are good music, travel, cooking Spanish and Asian food, entertaining new and old friends, yoga for fitness and pleasure. She has been an AIOP member for 13 years, and has upgraded to the member grade of Fellow and is an enthusiastic supporter of our profession.

Fina Nainoca is our Membership Officer
Fina Nainoca is the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Secretary at the Department of Employment Workplace Relations Employment Systems Group/ Sydney Branch in North Ryde. She was one of the nominees for the "Expand Public Sector EA/PA of the Year" 2007 Awards, and is passionate about working as an EA.
Fina has been a member of AIOP for nearly 12 months and is enthusiastic about being a committee member to networking and meet new friends, and learn from other professionals. When not working, she enjoys travelling, volleyball, dancing, reading, watching rugby, hanging out with kids (baby sitting), and describes herself as down to earth, well organised and full of life.

Vicki Ferrari is our Finance Officer
Vicki Ferrari is the Office Manager for Burns Bridge Australia Pty Ltd, and has been a member of AIOP since July 2007. Vicki is looking forward to providing support and establishing partnership with other Committee and AIOP members, furthering her professional development, and bringing aboard her skills and experience to strengthen the position of the committee.
Vicki enjoys socialising with family and friends, sports, fitness, travelling, dancing, participating/organising events, cooking and arts.

Christine Tonous is our Education Officer
Christine Tonous has worked as an Office Professional for the past 12 years – approximately eight of which were with Automotive Data Services Pty Ltd. During her tenure, she held numerous positions from Administrative Assistant/PA to the Director, Promotions Supervisor to Advertising and Promotions Manager.
Currently, Christine is working in a Client Services capacity for the UNSW and says she enjoys dealing with various clients that she comes into contact with and the challenges that they bring to her. She is also well on her way to completing her Business qualification with Charles Sturt University.
She also holds various other qualifications in office administration, marketing and TESOL, and in her spare time tutors English to students from diverse ethnic backgrounds. Over the past few years, Christine also has been involved with numerous not-for-profit organizations and charities of which she dedicates her time as a volunteer.
Christine joined AIOP in 2006 and has just joined the Committee as Education Officer as she believes education and knowledge is the key to success.

Sandra Tiltman is our Administration Officer
Sandra Tiltman works as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Hannover Life Re of Australasia Ltd, a reinsurance company located in Sydney. She recently became a member of AIOP after attending several of the Professional Development Evenings. Sandra felt the best way to become involved was to join the Committee, to which she was elected Administration Officer at the AGM on 28 September 2007. Sandra looks forward to working with her fellow Committee members in promoting the aims of AIOP.

Helen Smith is our Newsletter Editor

Helen Smith is the HR Team Administrator & Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Human Resources at ING DIRECT and has recently joined AIOP after winning the Up & Coming Office Professional of the Year for 2008.
This is Helen's first EA role, after completing a Bachelor of Business at UTS and is thoroughly enjoying all aspects of the position. She is fortunate enough to be surrounded by very talented EAs at ING DIRECT who have been guiding her through the "ins and outs" of being an EA and also introducing her to a number of EA networks including AIOP.
Helen is very excited to be part of the AIOP committee, especially as Newsletter Editor and is looking forward to networking, meeting new people and learning more about how to be an effective EA.
When not at work, Helen enjoys the outdoors, playing tennis, swimming, travelling, photography and attempting to be a better chef in the kitchen!

Susan Edwin is a Committee Member
Susan Edwin has worked for Corinthian Industries (Australia) Pty Limited for 18 years and is currently their EA to Managing Director. She has recently joined AIOP and is keen to network with other PA/EA's, and assist AIOP members in their education needs.
Susan keeps busy with reading, travelling and art, as well as studying for her TAA40104 (Cert IV in Training & Assessment).

Colleen Latter is a Committee Member
Colleen Latter works as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of Nycomed Australia, located in North Ryde. Nycomed is an international pharmaceutical company employing over 12,000 people globally and has its headquarters in Zurich. She has been with the company for 18 months.
Colleen joined AIOP NSW in 2005 following a transfer to Sydney from Tamworth. Her purpose for joining was to network and meet with people within the same professional industry. By being an AIOP committee member, Colleen hopes to learn more about the organisation and encourage and motivate other office professionals to become members
Colleen's hobbies and interests include tennis, theatre, sharemarket and travel.

Lisa Neiberding is a Committee Member
Lisa Neiberding works for Arup, an international consulting engineering firm. She started at Arup 10 years ago as a filing clerk and since then has held a number of different roles, however she is currently working as an Executive Assistant to the Global Building Sector Chair. She thoroughly enjoys the challenges and opportunities the EA role within Arup throws at her.
Lisa joined AIOP in 2006 as a means of meeting other Office Professionals and enhancing her career development.
Shortly after joining she embarked on the pathways program with Charles Sturt University and in 2007 completed the Certificate of Business Management, 2009 holds plans for completing the Diploma.
Lisa decided to join the committee after being shortlisted as a finalist in the 2008 Office Professionals of the Year Award.
She is looking forward to promoting AIOP to fellow Office.
