Wholesome Vee’s lifestyle and wellness coaching is all about bridging the gap between where you currently are with your wellness to where you would like to be. It’s all about making a change to your lifestyle choices to better your health. This workshop will cover:
• Menu planning for success and understanding food labels
• Why it’s not just about diet and exercise
Effective menu planning is rewarding in terms of saving stress, time and money, especially given how little effort it takes. Learn how to understand food labels to eat for health, how to have fewer less desirable calories (especially when in the office) and why health and wellbeing are not just about diet and exercise.

It is the oldest library in Australia, being the first established in New South Wales in 1826. It is home to many spectacular venue hire spaces. We will be in the beautiful Friends Room.
Catering will be by Laissez-faire, a private catering, event catering, corporate catering and all things delicious.
